There is no long-term contract. You pay for a fixed period, and when it’s about to end you can renew on any plan or let it lapse.

Yes. You receive a written confirmation of your plan and dates. Ask by email if you need it in a specific format.

Most Samsung, LG and Google TV / Android TV sets from roughly the last six years can run a suitable player app. Older sets or less common systems may not. The Smart TV guide explains each brand, or send us your model number.

For most people, a Fire TV Stick 4K or 4K Max is the best value: fast, affordable and well supported. Android TV boxes with an Ethernet port are great for live sport. See the compatible devices page.

A player app is the program that shows Epix IPTV on your device, a bit like a music app for a music service. Some are free, some charge a small fee to their developer. We’ll suggest one that suits your device.

By default a subscription is for one screen at a time, though you can install it on several devices and switch between them. Ask us before ordering if you need simultaneous screens.

You receive login details, either an Xtream Codes login (server, username, password) or an M3U playlist link, plus setup steps for your device. The activation page shows exactly what to expect.

Installing an app and entering your login takes a few minutes. The first time the app loads the full channel and library list it can take a little longer, especially on streaming sticks.

Use Xtream Codes whenever your app supports it. It loads live TV, movies, series and the TV guide together. M3U is a fallback for apps that only accept playlist links.

Open the app settings and run “Update EPG” or “Refresh TV guide” once, and check that the app’s time zone matches yours. Some channels don’t provide guide data at all.

Evening buffering is usually caused by a busy home network: many devices online, weak Wi-Fi far from the router, or large downloads. A cable connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi solves most cases. Our troubleshooting checklist walks through each fix.

Plan on 30 Mbps or more for the screen watching 4K, and a 4K-capable device and TV. For Full HD, about 20 Mbps is comfortable.

Yes, on phones and tablets. Live TV uses roughly 1.5 to 3 GB per hour in HD, so check your data allowance or lower the quality in the app.

Epix IPTV does not require a VPN. If you use one for privacy, choose a server close to you so it doesn’t slow your connection, and always follow the laws of your country.

Please don’t. Logins are personal, and sharing can cause playback to stop on every device using it. Ask us about options if you need more screens.
