Right of withdrawal
Your right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days, and how it works for a subscription that starts right away.

1. Who this applies to
If you are a consumer in the European Union, or in another country with similar rules, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded, which is the day your order is confirmed.
If you live elsewhere, your local consumer laws apply, and our refund policy applies in every case.
2. When your subscription starts straight away
Most customers want to start watching immediately. When you order, we ask you to confirm that you want the service to begin before the 14-day period ends.
- If you start the service early and then withdraw within 14 days, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days of service already provided.
- Example: on a 1-month plan withdrawn after 5 days, you pay for 5 of the plan’s days and receive the rest back.
3. How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing, by email to [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +212 781 768 546. You may use the model text below, but you don’t have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the 14 days end.

5. Your refund
We refund the amount due no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund. Your login is deactivated when the withdrawal is processed.
