What personal data we collect, why we need it, how long we keep it and the rights you have.

In short: we collect only what we need to answer you and run your subscription, we don’t sell data, and you can ask us to see or delete your information at any time.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for this website and the Epix IPTV service is Epix IPTV. You can contact us about privacy at any time at [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (when you message us on WhatsApp) and the content of your messages.
- Order details: your plan, dates, payment confirmation and the device you told us about. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Support history: messages and screenshots you send so we can help you.
- Technical data: like any website, our server records basic request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) in security logs.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data.
3. How and why we use it
- To provide your subscription (creating your login, sending setup steps, support). Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To answer questions before you buy. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- To keep records of orders and payments required by tax and accounting rules. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To protect the website and service against abuse and fraud. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Optional analytics or marketing, only if we add them in future and only with your consent where required.
4. WhatsApp and third-party services
When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are delivered through WhatsApp, operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to how it handles your data. We only use the chat to answer you and manage your subscription.
Other services that may process data on our behalf:
- Website hosting, which stores the website and its security logs.
- Email provider, for messages sent to [email protected] or through the contact form.
- Payment providers, which process your payment under their own terms. We only receive confirmation of payment.
- Google Fonts: to display our typefaces, your browser downloads font files from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
5. International transfers
Some of the services above may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. How long we keep it
- Pre-sale questions: deleted or anonymized within 12 months if you don’t become a customer.
- Subscription and support records: for the length of your subscription and up to 24 months after, to handle questions, renewals and disputes.
- Accounting records: for the period required by law (often 6 to 10 years, depending on the country).
- Server security logs: usually no longer than 90 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted (unless we must keep it by law);
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to customer records and strong passwords. We will never ask for your card number, PIN or banking password by chat or email.
9. Children
Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on this page.

Comments

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media

Cookies
