Secure payment
How paying for Epix IPTV works
Ordering happens in a conversation with a real person, so it’s important you know exactly what we will and won’t ask for. Here is the full process, and how to make sure you’re talking to us.

We will never ask you for
- Your full card number or CVV in a chat or email
- Your card PIN or online banking password
- One-time codes sent by your bank
- Gift cards or vouchers as payment
- Remote access to your phone or computer
If anyone asks for these in our name, stop and contact us directly.
Check it’s us
Our only official contacts
Several unrelated websites use names similar to ours. Before paying, make sure the conversation is with one of these:
- WhatsApp: +212 781 768 546
- Email: [email protected]
- Website: epixiptvhd.com
Epix IPTV is independent and not connected to other “Epix” websites, or to MGM+ (formerly EPIX).
Process
The payment process, step by step
Nothing is charged until you confirm the plan and the price in writing.
1. Confirm your order
We confirm your plan, price in euros and device in the chat, so there are no surprises.
2. Choose how to pay
We share the available payment methods. You pay through the provider’s own secure page or app, never by typing card details into a chat.
3. Receive confirmation
Once payment is received, we confirm it in writing and send your login with setup steps.
Card and account payments are processed by the payment provider. We only receive confirmation that you paid, never your full card details.
Payment problems
If something goes wrong with a payment
-
Charged twice
A duplicate payment
Send us both payment confirmations. Duplicate charges are always refunded in full to the original method.
-
Payment failed
The payment didn’t go through
Nothing has been charged. Check with your bank whether online or international payments are enabled, then try again or ask us for another method.
-
No login yet
Paid but nothing received
Check your spam folder, then message us with the payment date and the name used. We’ll find your order.
Report a suspicious message
If you receive a message claiming to be from Epix IPTV that doesn’t come from our official contacts, or that asks for any of the details listed above, don’t reply or pay. Forward a screenshot to [email protected] so we can warn other customers. If you’ve already shared card details, contact your bank immediately.
